Business Development Executive

Experienced hire Abu Dhabi - ADGM

Key Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, public sector, and private sector clients.
•Monitor UAE government and semi-government procurement portals for tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs.
•Support end-to-end proposal development, including EOIs, technical proposals, commercial submissions, and client presentations.
•Conduct market research, lead identification, and opportunity tracking through networking, events, digital platforms, and market intelligence tools.
•Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements.
•Maintain opportunity pipelines, CRM updates, and BD performance reporting.
•Support senior leadership in client meetings, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
•3 – 5 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, advisory services, proposal management, or government contracting.
•Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms is strongly preferred.

•High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities

Language & Nationality
•Fluent Arabic and English – Mandatory
