Nimesh is a seasoned tax professional with over 15 years of experience in Transfer Pricing advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE, Malaysia, and India. He has been instrumental in establishing and expanding Transfer Pricing practices in the Middle East and Asia, developing frameworks for Transfer Pricing policy design and compliance documentation.

His expertise includes advising on business restructurings, profit attribution, intra-group charges, and complex litigation matters, as well as managing Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and guiding clients through regulatory changes. Nimesh has also led thought leadership initiatives through seminars and industry events, sharing insights on evolving tax and Transfer Pricing landscapes. He has worked with clients across diverse sectors such as retail, automotive, oil & gas, financial services, e-commerce, technology, semiconductors, marketing, and others.
