Baker Tilly UAE and Serco have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore and jointly pursue business opportunities across the aviation and aerospace sectors in the Middle East and wider region.

The strategic collaboration brings together Baker Tilly UAE’s multidisciplinary advisory, financial, transaction, risk management, tax, digital transformation and infrastructure advisory capabilities with Serco’s specialist expertise in aviation operations, air navigation services, airport management, aviation training and aviation safety.

The MoU establishes a framework for the two organisations to identify, evaluate and pursue aviation consulting, airport advisory, aviation transformation and aerospace opportunities, combining complementary capabilities to support clients across the aviation value chain.
