He brings strong specialisation in airports and aviation infrastructure, having led complex advisory and assurance engagements for major international airports including Hyderabad, Istanbul, Malé, Cebu, and Astana.
He is widely recognised for combining strategic oversight with execution discipline, enabling organisations to strengthen governance frameworks, enhance regulatory compliance, and improve operational performance in capital-intensive environments. Jagannath has led large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives across airport and infrastructure businesses, supporting executive leadership and boards on strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
Jagannath also brings extensive experience in aviation sector transactions, advising on investments, acquisitions, concession agreements, and strategic partnerships across airport and aviation assets. His work spans deal evaluation, financial and commercial due diligence, bid advisory, and post-transaction integration, supporting clients across the full investment lifecycle.
In addition, he has led business turnaround programmes, process reengineering initiatives, and governance transformation projects, helping organisations strengthen internal controls, implement enterprise risk management structures, and unlock long-term value across complex infrastructure ecosystems.
