Main Responsibilities of the Job
Corporate Services Delivery (Execution Focus – Mainland and Non-DIFC / Non-ADGM Free Zones):
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of corporate services engagements for UAE mainland and non-DIFC / non-ADGM free zone entities.
Corporate Advisory (Including DIFC and ADGM)
Provide corporate structuring and compliance advisory support across the UAE, including mainland, free zones, DIFC, and ADGM, where required
Cross-Border and Inter-Jurisdictional Coordination:
Coordinate corporate services and structuring matters involving multiple jurisdictions by working closely with the firm’s regional and international member firms, as well as external advisors where required.
Quality Assurance and Process Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and enforce high-quality standards across all corporate services deliverables. Lead the development and maintenance of internal guidance, templates, checklists, and methodologies covering company formation, ongoing compliance, restructuring, and liquidation activitiesD
