Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Services to lead and manage the delivery of end-to-end corporate services for clients operating or establishing businesses in the UAE. The role involves overseeing company formation, statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, and liquidation or deregistration processes. The position primarily focuses on UAE mainland and non-DIFC / non-ADGM free zones while also providing advisory support across other UAE jurisdictions when required.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Services Delivery (Execution Focus – Mainland and Non-DIFC / Non-ADGM Free Zones)

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of corporate services engagements for UAE mainland and non-DIFC / non-ADGM free zone entities.
• Oversee company formation processes, licensing, regulatory filings, corporate restructuring, and liquidation or deregistration activities.
• Ensure all client engagements are delivered efficiently while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Corporate Advisory (Including DIFC and ADGM)

• Provide corporate structuring and compliance advisory services across UAE jurisdictions including mainland, free zones, DIFC, and ADGM where required.
• Support clients in navigating regulatory frameworks and corporate governance requirements across different jurisdictions.

Cross-Border and Inter-Jurisdictional Coordination

• Coordinate corporate services and structuring matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Work closely with the firm’s regional and international member firms as well as external advisors to deliver integrated solutions for clients with cross-border structures.

Quality Assurance and Process Optimization

• Establish and enforce high-quality standards across all corporate services deliverables.
• Develop and maintain internal guidance, templates, checklists, and methodologies covering company formation, compliance, restructuring, and liquidation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance operational efficiency within the corporate services function.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate regulations, company formation procedures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent client relationship management and advisory skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team management capabilities.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and process management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, company formation, regulatory advisory, or corporate structuring.
• Experience working with UAE mainland and free zone authorities is required.
• Prior experience within professional services, corporate service providers, or consulting firms is strongly preferred.
