Armen Biberian

Armen is a seasoned Audit Partner with over 20 years of diversified experience in many industries. As a US CPA and member of AICPA, Armen has worked in the UAE since 2018.  He started his career with Ernst & Young Los Angeles and has over 14 years of experience working with the Big 4.  He has worked in multiple locations namely Los Angeles, Lebanon and Dubai.

Experience

During his tenure, he has worked on US SEC clients, multinational clients, as well as listed clients in the UAE. Armen has vast experience working with Crypto related audits in the UAE.  He has a portfolio of several Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) that are regulated in the UAE.

He has led the audit practice, managing revenues, collections, staffing, training, and overall KPIs while ensuring client satisfaction and business expansion. As a trainer he has travelled across the world, educating thousands of employees, and winning numerous awards.

Armen has strong experience in managing and overseeing the delivery of statutory audits for global clients across diverse industries.  He is involved in financial audits, reviews of internal controls, and corporate governance. He leads and motivates the audit team to perform effective planning, delivery, and finalization of statutory audits to time-critical deadlines.  Armen is dedicated to creating a culture in which the audit team thrives and provides the highest quality service to clients.
